Features
• Compact and lightweight architecture enabling the use on 1-2 m tripods, in any vehicle, on a 3 – 9 m fi xed installation, above or a side of the road, up to 9 m from the curb or a pneumatic pole.
• Full control of up to 32 vehicles simultaneously with including individual speed tagging, distance and other essential meta-data of each captured car. Automatic monitor different speed limits for each lane as well as vehicles types.

Even/odd violation
The system captures vehicles with not allowed number plate type. Build-in schedule defi nes the whole calendar of number plate type permitted to use the public road.
Blacklist violation
The system continuously monitors each vehicle on the road. Automatically recognize number plate and compare with the internal database. Successful match result evidence creation.
Too close violation
The system continuously monitors the position of each vehicle on the road. Automatically recognize cars driving too close and create evidence of such driving behavior.
Wrong way violation
The system detects the direction of travel of each vehicle on the road. Based on the lane confi guration system detects wrong way driving and trigger recording evidence.
Red-light violation
The system continuously captures data from the traffi c lights. All data, including the time of last change, are being stored in the device’s memory. Having information about the object’s position, it’s speed and traffi c lights status. The system precisely registers violations on the crossroad connected with the red light violation.
Restricted lane
The system captures vehicles traveling on a marked lane (ex. bus lane) moreover, store HQ photo or video material.
Lane change violation
The system captures vehicles changing lane at not allowed place – on a continuous line or zebra crossing.

PolCam Evidence Browser
The device comes with a Windows-based Evidence Browser for local evidence management and processing installed on any Windows notebook communicated with the device.

SmartEye Evidence Browser imports and decrypt proprietary format evidences. Imported evidences are stored in a local database. The user can use several different workspaces, archive individual evidence fi les or whole database workspace. Each evidence can be tracked by status from newly imported to fi nalized and closed. The user can fi lter evidence by date time but also device serial number, type, and vehicle speed and more. Application modern UI makes work on the application is user-friendly and intuitive. The software also allows performing massive evidence export ready for printing. Software supports various evidence format. While importing and during daily work software monitors evidence checksum and a cryptographic signature. Evidence metadata are available for review.
The user can individually adjust vehicle, number plate and driver selection. The image can be zoomed and enhanced if needed. The software also allows to add keyframes to violation video and enter primary violation data like name and surname and address of a vehicle owner or violation notes. Monitoring evidence status allows to focus on newly imported evidence, and close evidence already processed or exported. Optionally software allows performing additional Automatic Number Plate Recognition. Evidence Browser is a proprietary software continuously developed with new features desired by a user. The application is suffi cient for small to medium SmartEye installations.
Web based PolCam Back Office
Centralized Back Offi ce solution for management of 1 to 1000 SmartEye systems. Web-based secured access allows assignment of dedicated personnel with different roles to manage operations from a central location. PolCam Back Offi ce solution allows collecting evidence from hundreds of SmartEye systems spread around the country. System workflow allows to assign multiple violations, print custom made tickets, track and manage the payments by the online system. The software continuously monitors the status of each connected device at the central location. Dedicated back offi ce user can see each device location on the map and check device temperature, operating voltage, power failure, angles change, cabinet opening and monitor current device evidence capturing status. Evidence fi les are automatically pushed to the central secured cloud storage by VPN connection or pulled by using SmartEye secured communication protocol. The operator can remotely modify settings like speed limit number of photos per violation and more. The operator can update or edit wanted vehicles database (blacklist) with a few single clicks on all connected to the system devices. At any time user can check the current road situation by reading streamed metadata but also viewing live camera image. Software users complex level of users privileges and groups. All user, device activity and incidents log is stored in a secured database for any time review.

Installantion
System Interface Box or SmartEye Cabinet includes all SmartEye peripheries like power supply, battery, InQL modem, WiFi router, Light2CAN for the red light module, protection
fuses, and other additional equipment. The corrosion resistant Interface Box protection class is IP67 with build in fan and heater to work on ambient temperature from -35°C to +60°C. Metal sheld protect all external cables against vandalism. Door lock protects against unattended access. Interface Box has an internal alarm system integrated with InQL Modem which sends a notification to Back Offi ce every time Interface Box is open and report any unauthorized access, ambient temperature is beyond the limit, power failure, power off, shock, angle change, and others. On inside front panel technical staff has secured access to all ports allowing safe and easy maintenance of a whole solution. Interface Box is used every time when installation of SmartEye is possible on a street lamp, overpass or regural road side pole. For more demanding installations IP65 SmartEye Cabinet is used.
Smart Evidence
The Smart Evidence Photo are used for immediate printout and Automatic Ticketing systems. Data protection algorithms secure data from manipulation and warranty successful certifi cation in any country. System software can use the same image for multiple violations. System performance allows generating up to 25 SmartPhoto violations per second. By using internal memory buffer even 50 violations per second at peak.
Software produces a series of high-quality Smart Evidence photo/video including all relevant information describing the violation. The data bar includes in particular: date and time, frame counter, device serial number, software checksum and version, custom text, evidence number, vehicle speed, speed reduced by allowed error, average speed in measuring zone, tracking radar speed or/and scanning laser speed, three vehicle classes (light, medium, heavy), vehicle size, lane number, vehicle number plates, vehicles direction (incoming, outgoing), vehicle ID number, vehicle speed and speed above the limit, vehicle location on the road (X,Y) in meters, facial characteristic, operator ID Code, GPS position, over 70 characters of location description, full size automatically cropped vehicle, cropped picture of the number plate, speed limits (in addition different limit on different lane and time period), set alarm speed, flash option sets (Always, Automatic, off), graphic road plan view with vehicle positions and track, tolerance walk for alarm trigger, traffi c light status and time, …and more if required like certifi cate number, user institution address.
AES 256 and MD5 encryption algorithms encrypted proprietary and patented PSEV Evidence fi le. Additionally, each Evidence package is signed by cryptographic signature with RSA 2048 key. The evidence fi le contains over a thousand different metadata which can be added to SmartPhoto Layout when needed. The whole layout can be adjusted based on specifi c country requirement.
